These Terms of Service apply to the Tour Z Palawan website and to direct bookings with Tour Z Palawan, operated by Good Shepherd Voyages Incorporated in Puerto Princesa, Palawan, Philippines.
Tour Participation
Guests are responsible for providing accurate booking details, arriving on time and following crew safety instructions. Marine tours involve weather, sea conditions, boats, swimming and wildlife. Participation requires reasonable physical ability and respect for safety briefings.
Tour Z Palawan may refuse participation if a guest is intoxicated, unsafe, abusive, unable to follow instructions or creating risk for other guests, crew or wildlife.
Wildlife Encounters
Whale sharks, dolphins, sea turtles and other marine animals are wild. Sightings are never guaranteed unless a specific written guarantee is stated on the relevant tour page. Tour Z Palawan does not feed, bait, chase or touch wildlife.
Guests must follow wildlife distance rules, no-touch rules, no-flash rules and crew instructions during all marine encounters.
Prices And Inclusions
Prices, inclusions, schedules, meeting points and guest limits are listed on the relevant tour pages. Tour Z Palawan may update prices or inclusions for future bookings, but confirmed bookings are handled according to the terms agreed at confirmation.

Website content is provided for travel planning and general information. Conditions, schedules, routes and wildlife activity can change due to weather, sea state, safety decisions, government rules or local operating conditions.
Limitation Of Liability
Tour Z Palawan works to operate safe, ethical and professionally managed tours. Guests accept that outdoor marine activities carry inherent risks, including weather changes, waves, slipping, seasickness and wildlife unpredictability.
To the extent permitted by law, Tour Z Palawan is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate guest information, failure to follow instructions, force majeure, unsafe weather, third-party transport disruption or circumstances outside our control.
Intellectual Property
Text, images, branding, tour descriptions, field data summaries and website materials belong to Tour Z Palawan unless otherwise stated. They may not be copied or reused commercially without written permission.
