This policy explains how Tour Z Palawan handles direct bookings, cancellations, weather decisions, refunds and no-sighting terms.
Booking Confirmation
Bookings are confirmed once Tour Z Palawan has accepted the date, guest count and tour details through the website booking system, WhatsApp, email or another approved booking channel.
Guests should provide an active WhatsApp number or email address so the team can send pickup, meeting point, weather and schedule updates.
Free Cancellation Window
Guests may cancel with at least 24 hours notice for a full refund or free rescheduling, unless a different written term was agreed for a private group or special arrangement.
Cancellations within 24 hours of departure are normally non-refundable because seats, crew, fuel, food and permits have already been prepared.
Weather And Safety Cancellations
Tour Z Palawan may cancel, delay, reroute or reschedule a tour if sea conditions, wind, rain, visibility, government advisories, mechanical issues or crew safety judgement make the planned tour unsafe or unsuitable.
If Tour Z Palawan cancels for safety or operational reasons, guests may choose a full refund or free rescheduling when availability allows.
Late Arrival And No-Show
Guests who arrive late or do not appear at the agreed pickup or meeting point may lose the booking without refund. The boat cannot always wait because tides, weather windows and other guests are affected.
Whale Shark And Dolphin Sightings
Whale sharks and dolphins are wild animals. Tour Z Palawan does not feed, bait, chase or control wildlife.
Because our whale sharks are 100% wild and free, sightings are never guaranteed and we do not offer refunds. Instead, we protect your adventure with our Secret Spot Promise. If the wildlife has other plans, we still give you a full day on the water with our premium speedboat and crew, a guided snorkel session at a hidden coral reef known only to us, and a special surprise gift to ensure your day is completely worth it.
Port Barton Island Hopping
Port Barton island hopping operates year-round when sea conditions are safe. The tour includes the advertised route and inclusions, but individual stops may change if weather, currents, crowding or safety conditions require a better route.
Refund Timing
Refund timing depends on the original payment method and payment provider. Direct cash refunds, card refunds and third-party booking platform refunds may have different processing times.
